A transaction hash can be useful evidence and still be intimidating to a customer. Sending someone to an external explorer without context may create more questions than it answers. In an ALFA service journey, the link should support the commercial receipt, helping the user inspect a specific payment while retaining a clear route back to the order.

Link to the specific record

The receipt should identify the transaction associated with the order and the network on which it was submitted. A general explorer homepage forces the customer to reconstruct the search. A direct link reduces that work, but the application should verify that the linked identifier belongs to the recorded instruction rather than simply displaying whatever string was submitted by another system.

Explain the evidence boundary

An explorer can show technical transaction information. It does not establish that a provider has delivered the booked service or accepted a commercial amendment. Keeping that distinction visible prevents a completed transfer from being treated as the complete resolution of a service complaint. The order record remains necessary to understand what the business owes the customer.

Preserve access on mobile

Opening the external record should not erase the current order state or strand the customer in another application. A readable reference and a return path help users who switch between a wallet, browser and support conversation. This is particularly important when the customer is trying to resolve a problem rather than casually examining a successful payment.

Give support a shared reference

The same identifier should appear in customer and provider records, with sensitive service details kept in the appropriate private system. For ALFA utility, this creates a useful division of labour: public technical evidence supports the movement record, while the provider's commercial records explain the purpose, status and outcome of the service purchased through that movement.
